IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR ORDER, YOU MUST REQUEST A RETURN CLAIM WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS OF THE RECEIPT OF GOODS. ALL PACKAGES MUST BE UNOPENED AND INCLUDE ORIGINAL LABEL. THERE IS A 20% RESTOCKING FEE FOR ANY UNAUTHORIZED OR OVERDUE RETURNS. WE REQUEST CUSTOMERS TO KEEP ALL PACKAGES UNOPENED AND INCLUDE ORIGINAL MANUFACTURERS’ PACKAGING AND LABEL. ITEMS SHOULD BE UNWORN, UNALTERED AND UNWASHED WITH ALL TAGS. WE DO NOT ACCEPT INCOMPLETE PRE-PACKS RETURNED TO US OR GARMENTS USED.
